Take a tour of Acoustiguide's operations at the

National Gallery of Art, Washington, D.C.

Leave the logistics to us. As in the fields of creativity and technology, Acoustiguide recognized our clients' needs and pioneered the operations side of the audio business.

You may choose to work with Acoustiguide employees, or we can instruct your staff and volunteers on tour operations and basic maintenance. Our worldwide staff is trained specifically for each site to ensure both visitor and venue satisfaction. Our staff expertly handles money, financial reporting and equipment maintenance. We look for the best employees from all social and ethnic backgrounds. We have experience partnering with the National Institute for People with Disabilities, Welfare to Work and other socially responsible programs to provide meaningful employment for those who might otherwise be overlooked.

We know how to help those visitors with disabilities, assist foreign language visitors and show children and older adults how to enjoy the tour. Our employees help visitors sample the audio tour before committing to the experience. We are keenly aware that the audio tour staff is identified with the venue, and we maintain the highest standards of customer service.
