As of March 2016, Israel Gal has entered his role as Executive Chairman of the Acoustiguide Group Board of Directors.
Mr. Gal has served as the CEO of Acoustiguide Group (formerly Espro-Acoustiguide) from 1997 to February 2016, growing it from an OEM manufacturer into global multimedia technology company. He has overseen many acquisitions, including the acquisition of Acoustiguide Corporation in 2005 which formed the Acoustiguide Group, and the purchase of Tristan Interactive in 2013. Incorporating Tristan Interactive (today: Acoustiguide Interactive) into the Group brought Acoustiguide to become a prominent DEVELOPER and provider of Mobile Apps for the Museum, Tourism and Entertainment industries worldwide.
In 2015 Mr. Gal has founded a Joint Venture that created and formed Acoustiguide China (Jiashan), the Group's new entity in China.
Israel spent 20 years in the Israel Defense Forces, retiring as Colonel. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University and a Master's degree in Political Science and Jewish History from the University of Haifa. In 2012, Mr. Gal was awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland for his contribution to promoting the Polish culture in the state of Israel, after bringing alive a unique and heroic story of turning the Warsaw Zoo into a haven for Polish resistance and persecuted Jews during WWII. At the present time, Israel is devoting much efforts in bringing alive the forgotten heritage of the Jews of Tianjin, China, and commemorate the one synagogue left in this city.
Nadav Karni joined Acoustigude in 2003 and served as CFO till 2012. He had a leading role in Acoustiguide Corporation in 2005 which formed the Acoustiguide Group.
In years 2012 till 2016 Nadav served as CFO of two medical devices companies - one for Home use HomeSkinovations Ltd and the other for professional use Invasix Ltd.
Nadav returned to Acoustiguide in 2016.
Prior to joining Acoustiguide in 2003, Nadav worked as senior manager at Ernst & Young for six and a half years. In his management role at E&Y, Nadav was responsible for dozens of companies, some trading on Israeli and foreign markets.
Nadav received his Bachelor's degree in business management and accounting at the College of Management.
Oshrat Balul joined Espro in 2011.
Prior to her current position, Oshrat has held the position of CFO in Redstone Real Estate Investments, a private real estate development company operating in CEE and CIS regions; the position of CFO in Leader Real Estate International, (international entrepreneur company which is part of the traded Shrem Fudim Group in the TLV stock exchange); and Audit Senior Manager in Ernst & Young Israel, experienced in financial and tax consulting for public companies all over the world. Oshrat is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Business Management.
Shmuel Shalem est responsable des activités techniques de la société, de l’aspect recherche et développement à la conception complète des produits.
Avant de participer à la fondation d’Espro, en 1992, il a travaillé huit ans chez National Semiconductors Ltd. (Israël), où il dirigeait une équipe de concepteurs de puces et d’ingénieurs software responsables de la vérification des nouveaux produits électroniques VLSI.
Shmuel a un Master of Science en Electrotechnique de l’université de Santa Clara en Californie, où il s’était spécialisé dans les ordinateurs, les systèmes numériques et la microélectronique. Il est aussi titulaire d’un Bachelor's degree (BSEE) de l’Institut israélien de technologie Technion.
Menachem Schorr a rejoint Espro en 1998 après avoir été directeur financier d’une société commerciale israélienne et directeur adjoint de Bank Tefahot pour la région de Tel Aviv et le centre d’Israël.
Il est titulaire d’un Bachelor’s degree en Economie et a étudié l’Economie d’entreprise à l’université de Tel Aviv. Il assume chez Espro les fonctions de directeur support commercial et de vice-président.
Eyal Ben Gigi, responsable des opérations et du support technique, a rejoint Espro en 1994 après avoir dirigé l’équipe de production de la division systèmes de Tadiran. Il a obtenu son Bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics et son Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) à l’Université Ouverte de Tel Aviv.
Daniela comes to Acoustiguide with extensive experience in experiential marketing, sales & business development across multiple industries, from years spent at major tourist attractions in New York City, producing New Year's Eve events in Times Square, to the tech space, leading a paradigm shift at a digital-based broadcast monitoring solutions platform. Daniela's portfolio of produced experiences includes Nickelodeon, Marvel, Target, Proctor & Gamble, National Football League and many others.
At Acoustiguide, Daniela has merged her passion for the arts, tourism & storytelling. Her expansive knowledge of the tourism industry and experiential marketing have shaped Acoustiguide’s mission in North America, and has led to new partnerships with the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island National Museum of Immigration Museum and Alcatraz Island.
Daniela graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, with a concentration on International Relations, and is fluent in Hebrew and Russian.
Maryanne Leigh, directrice générale d’Acoustiguide Australia Pty. Ltd., basé à Sydney, est notre responsable pour l’Australie et la Nouvelle-Zélande. Entrée dans la société en 1998, elle arrivait de l’Australian Museum, où elle officia dans les services généraux et supervisa la logistique de l’exposition Life and Death Under the Pharaohs. Iris Lin earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Yu Da University of Science and Technology. She joined Acoustiguide as Head of Finance & Administration in 2004 and became the Managing Director of Acoustiguide Asia in May 2016. Iris is the Financial Director of Acoustiguide China as well. She is familiar with diverse aspect of company management, finance, and interdepartmental coordination.
Kaori Kurata has been Managing Director of Acoustiguide Japan since 2010. She oversees aspects of the business, from managing the creation of custom content to sales and marketing and operations. Ms. Kurata joined Acoustiguide in 1999 as creative manager, where she specialized in script writing and managing the creative process. She holds a bachelor’s degree in music and art history from International Christian University.
Julie is an award-winning writer and producer. Leading the Acoustiguide Creative Department, Julie manages our expansive team of writers, producers, project managers, voiceover talent, and production studios, and spearheads new creative and marketing efforts such as the company's blog and podcasts. She works closely with clients to establish project goals and creative direction, and often plays the role of producer herself, conducting interviews, writing and editing scripts, and direting recording. Julie has produced many of Acoustiguide MUSE award-winning tours, including for The National September 11 Memorial & Museum, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, and the Getty.
Prior to joining Acoustiguide, Julie spent six years at Tower Productions in Chicago as a writer, director and producer of documentaries for The History Channel, A&E, and The Weather Channel. Before her documentary work, like so many audio tour producers, Julie also worked in radio as a talk-show producer at Chicago's top-rated talk station, WGN-AM.
Julie holds a BA in Art History and History from Mount Holyoke College, and earned a Master's Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michgan. She is currently pursing a Master's Degree in Art History from Hunter College.
